We are pleased to invite original and unpublished scholarly contributions for the Second Edition of the edited volume titled “Rethinking Legal Frameworks: Contemporary Challenges and Future Directions.” Following the successful and timely publication of the First Volume, the forthcoming edition seeks to deepen further critical legal discourse across diverse and evolving domains of law.
The second edition aims to examine the adaptability and effectiveness of existing legal frameworks in addressing contemporary and emerging challenges shaped by socio-economic, technological, and global transformations. The book will be thematically structured across various legal domains and will encompass contemporary and cross-cutting issues, making meaningful contributions to both academic and policy-oriented legal scholarship.
