About the Book
Title: Health Law: Balancing Medicine, Ethics, and Policy

This edited book seeks to provide interdisciplinary insights into the legal, ethical, and policy challenges surrounding healthcare. The aim is to engage a wide range of perspectives on how law interacts with medicine and ethics to shape healthcare practices.


Call for Chapters
Career College of Law invites contributions for the book, particularly original, well-researched chapters on the intersection of health, ethics, policy, and law. Submissions are welcome from students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, activists, and policymakers.

Submission Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Open to students, research scholars, academicians, practitioners, activists, and policymakers.

  • Chapter Length: 3,000–5,000 words (including footnotes, tables, and references)

  • Abstract: 250–300 words

  • Language: English

  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line Spacing: 1.5

  • Footnotes: Times New Roman, Size 10, Line Spacing: 1.0

  • Citation Style: APA or Vancouver

  • Co-authorship: Max. 2 authors per chapter

  • Plagiarism: Original and free from plagiarism (UGC regulations apply)

  • Submission Deadline: 25th May 2025

  • Acceptance Notification: 5th June 2025

  • Fee: ₹350 per chapter (Proof of payment must be attached with the submission)

  • Accepted Chapters: Will be published in a book with ISBN by a reputed national-level publisher.
