About the Publication
The Centre for Academic Research and Excellence (CARE), under the aegis of the Shodhprakash Academic Research Foundation, is publishing an edited book titled Blueprints for Climate Law: Policy Design, Rights, and Regulatory Frameworks (ISBN: 978-81-975308-9-0). The volume aims to critically explore legal frameworks, regulatory mechanisms, and rights-based approaches to tackle climate change in the 21st century. It will serve as a reference for scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and professionals at the intersection of law, policy, technology, and climate governance.
Eligibility

Academics, researchers, and doctoral candidates in law, public policy, environmental studies, and allied fields.

Practitioners, policymakers, and professionals engaged with climate governance, regulatory design, and environmental justice.

Interdisciplinary submissions from fields such as technology, economics, and social sciences addressing climate law are welcome.
Roles and Responsibilities of Contributors

Submit an abstract that outlines the research idea, methodology, and contribution to the theme.

On selection, develop a full chapter (5,000–7,000 words) adhering to academic standards and referencing guidelines.

Ensure originality and avoid plagiarism; chapters must not be under consideration elsewhere.

Contribute to the peer-review and editorial process by incorporating feedback within the stipulated timeline.
