About the Author
Dr. Vinod Kumar Sharma, an Assistant Professor of Laws at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, specializes in criminal and civil law. With over 11 years of teaching experience, Dr. Sharma has published 11 research papers in UGC CARE-listed and peer-reviewed journals, authored 5 book chapters, and written a book on the execution of decree. He is currently supervising five Ph.D. scholars and leading an ICSSR-funded research project. Dr. Sharma has presented at over 15 national and international seminars and conferences. He is also actively involved in the Moot Court Society and Cultural Committee of the University.
