About the Opportunity
YuvaCracy Centre for Policy Research (YCPR) invites applications for its NITI Internship Program – August 2025 Cohort. This remote internship offers a unique opportunity for students to engage in meaningful policy research, with a specific focus on Central Government schemes and policy interventions. Selected interns will work closely on projects that intersect economics, governance, and public impact.
Eligibility

Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate program in Economics, OR pursuing a postgraduate degree in Economics

Prior exposure to economic policy is desirable but not mandatory

Demonstrated interest in research, public policy, and policy analysis
Roles and Responsibilities

Contribute to research projects evaluating Central Government schemes

Assist in policy analysis, drafting reports, and summarising key findings

Participate in a career guidance session and interact with policy practitioners

Deliver original, research-backed insights without the use of generative AI tools
