The European Yearbook of International Economic Law (EYIEL) is a leading forum for scholarly debate on developments in international and European economic law. It brings together contributions from academics, practitioners, and policymakers to reflect on contemporary challenges and evolving frameworks in the field.

Focus Theme 2026
Reconstruction of International and European Economic Law – exploring how shifting geopolitics, economic fragmentation, and emerging regulatory powers are reshaping international and European economic law.

Additional Section
Alongside the focus theme, the General Section will include contributions on current challenges, developments, and cases in international and European economic law.

Submission Details

  • Abstract Submission (max. 500 words): by 30 November 2025

  • Notification of Acceptance: mid-December 2025

  • Full Paper Deadline: 30 March 2026

  • All submissions will undergo peer review

Who Can Contribute
Submissions are invited from early-career researchers, established scholars, and practitioners working in international and European economic law.
