About the Symposium:
The upcoming symposium, “Digitalisation of Justice: Perspectives from Germany and the Netherlands,” will be held on 29 May 2026 in Groningen, the Netherlands. The event will explore how digitalisation is reshaping courts and dispute resolution, examining the balance between efficiency and fairness across Private International Law, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Administrative Procedure.
Eligibility:

Open to emerging scholars — PhD candidates or those within one year post-PhD.
