About the Competition
The Blog Writing Competition aims to promote awareness and scholarship on the critical intersections of mental health, disability, and human rights. The competition invites original and insightful contributions on contemporary issues, lived experiences, and legal dimensions related to mental well-being and inclusion.
About the Centre
The Centre for Human Rights and Disability Studies (CHRDS) at HPNLU Shimla is one of the university’s youngest research and advocacy platforms. The Centre focuses on human rights, with particular emphasis on the diverse experiences of individuals with disabilities. It advocates for issues in healthcare, education, employment, social inclusion, and access to justice.
