Job Opportunity: Associate – Matrimonial & Economic Offences Team
Metalegal Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Matrimonial & Economic Offences team at the Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law.
- Assist clients with matrimonial disputes and economic offences.
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, agreements, MoUs, and appeals.
- Manage litigation, mediation, and advisory matters.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to articles or white papers.
- Represent clients before legal forums, depending on experience.
Eligibility:
- LLB graduate with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience (preferred).
- Strong interest in diverse areas of law.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and litigation.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
