The selected Associate will be responsible for:

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)

Other legal forums in New Delhi

Assisting in insolvency and bankruptcy matters

Supporting complex litigation and corporate dispute work
Eligibility & Experience

2+ years of post-qualification experience

Prior experience in:

NCLT / NCLAT matters

Supreme Court practice (preferred)

Strong drafting and research skills
