Saga Legal is looking to onboard an Associate for its Corporate Practice in Bangalore.
This is a strong opportunity for lawyers with 2–4 years of PQE who want substantive exposure to commercial advisory and M&A work within a fast-paced firm environment.
Role Details
• Position: Associate – Corporate
• Location: Bangalore
• PQE: 2–4 years
• Reporting to: Partner – Corporate Practice
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, service, vendor and shareholder agreements
• Assist in M&A transactions including due diligence, drafting and post-deal compliance
• Advise on company law, FEMA, SEBI regulations and general commercial matters
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions and advisories
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
• Manage corporate filings and ensure timely compliance
What They’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Professional communication and client-handling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• LL.B. from a recognized law school
• 2–4 years PQE in corporate law, preferably with a law firm
