Applications are invited for the position of Associate Advocate at a litigation practice led by Senior Panel Counsel for the Central Government. The role offers broad exposure across civil, criminal, and arbitration matters before multiple forums in Mumbai and Pune.
This opportunity is suited for early-career litigators who are serious about building a long-term courtroom practice and strengthening their drafting and procedural skills.
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 years PQE
Professional Fee: Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:45 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday
Joining: Immediate or at the earliest
Role Exposure
• Civil and criminal litigation
• Arbitration proceedings
• Drafting, research, and counsel briefing
• Court appearances across Mumbai and Pune
Eligibility Criteria
• 1–2 years post-qualification litigation experience
• Prior litigation and/or arbitration internship experience
• Sound understanding of drafting and court procedure
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Diligent, proactive, and responsible work approach
• Willingness to commit for a minimum of one year
Preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates. Working knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
