About the Role:

BCG is hiring a Lawyer (Contracts Management) to support its global legal team. The role involves reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contract Review & Negotiation – Handle non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), data processing agreements (DPAs), procurement contracts, and other commercial agreements.
Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and data privacy regulations.
Stakeholder Communication – Engage with internal and external clients regarding contract negotiations in a high-pressure environment.
Contract Management & AI Integration – Support legal operations through AI tools and contract management software.
Legal Reporting & Analysis – Provide reports on contract metrics, modifications, compliance issues, and risk mitigation strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

LL.B / B.A. LL.B. / LL.M.
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in international contracting.
Expertise in commercial contracts, legal compliance, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Experience with data protection agreements (CIPP certification is a plus).
Flexibility to support global stakeholders across different time zones.
