FourFold Legal is inviting applications for its Assessment Internship Program commencing in January 2026. This structured three month programme is designed for final year law students who want to gain rigorous, practice oriented exposure while being evaluated for a potential Associate position. The internship serves as both a learning platform and a recruitment pathway, making it ideal for candidates who want a clear route to a full time role in a professional, performance driven legal environment.
The internship includes a tiered stipend structure reflecting the progressive nature of the assessment period. Interns will receive five thousand rupees in the first month, ten thousand rupees in the second month and fifteen thousand rupees in the third month. Those who demonstrate strong performance, reliability and growth throughout the programme may be considered for an Associate position which carries a competitive salary package and performance linked incentives.
Applicants must be in their final year of law school. The programme emphasises strong proficiency in alternative dispute resolution, effective client counselling abilities, excellent legal drafting, clear oral and written communication, strong research skills and the professionalism required for handling client matters and internal assignments. Analytical rigor and attention to detail are essential, as the work will require precision and clarity at every stage.
