About the Internship
This General Litigation Internship (Tax & Corporate) is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in drafting, legal research, and case analysis, with specific exposure to tax and corporate litigation.
Scope of Work
• Drafting appeals, affidavits, applications, and replies
• Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts
• Drafting legal notices, plaints, and petitions
• Assisting in legal research for ongoing matters
• Case analysis and briefing
Eligibility Criteria
• Students pursuing LLB or B.Com
• Strong interest in general litigation, particularly tax and corporate law
What You Will Gain
• Practical exposure to tax and corporate litigation
• Experience in compliance and advisory work
• Internship completion certificate
