About the Programme:
NLU Delhi, in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), has launched a pioneering Joint Master’s/LL.M. Programme in Intellectual Property Law and Management. This initiative merges IP legal expertise with management training, catering to professionals looking to engage with global and interdisciplinary IP frameworks.

Remuneration: ₹60,000/month (Consolidated; no additional benefits)

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:

LL.B./LL.M. (IPR Specialisation) (preferably with a science/technology undergraduate background)
Experience:
-
For LL.B. holders: Minimum 3 years of IP litigation, prosecution, or transactional work
-
For LL.M. (IPR) holders: Minimum 2 years of relevant IP litigation/patent prosecution/academic experience + at least one journal publication
Demonstrable Interest:
Applicants must show active engagement in IP law, through:

Job Responsibilities:

Assist faculty in the delivery of the WIPO-NLUD-IPO Joint Master’s/LL.M. Programme

Support coordination, content development, and logistics of the program

Undertake additional research and administrative responsibilities as directed by the Programme Director
Selection Procedure:
Stage 1 (50 Marks):

Academic Record: 15 Marks

Top 4 candidates per opening will be shortlisted based on Stage 1 and invited for Stage 2.
Stage 2 (50 Marks):

Interview: 35 Marks (25 for domain knowledge, 10 for behavioral assessment)
