About the Opportunity:
K&G Techlaw is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern – Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate legal work, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and legal research within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sector.
Position Details:
• Role: Legal Intern – Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences
• Organisation: K&G Techlaw
• Duration: 3–6 Months
• Mode: Hybrid / Work From Home
Eligibility:
• 4th or 5th-year law students pursuing a 5-year LL.B. or final-year students pursuing a 3-year LL.B.
• Prior internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
• Strong interest in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences Law.
• Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research on pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, and regulatory laws.
• Support the preparation of legal memoranda and compliance reports.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and corporate advisory matters.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on client assignments.
Preferred Skills:
• Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Interest in regulatory compliance and life sciences.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
