LexStart Partners is inviting applications from experienced lawyers to join its VC Transactions team as a Senior Associate. The opportunity is suitable for legal professionals with substantial post-qualification experience and independent experience in handling venture capital transactions.

• Role: Senior Associate – VC Transactions

• Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.
• Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Must have experience in independently handling Venture Capital (VC) Transactions.
• LL.B./LL.M. qualification from a recognised institution.
• Prior work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of VC transactions and related legal processes.
• Ability to independently manage transaction-related work.
