About the Opportunity:
Chambers of Premtosh K. Mishra, Special Public Prosecutor & Central Government Standing Counsel (CGSC), is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate (Litigation) to join its litigation practice before the Delhi High Court. The role offers exposure to diverse and challenging matters involving criminal litigation and Central Government litigation.
Position Details:
• Role: Junior Associate (Litigation)
• Chambers: Chambers of Premtosh K. Mishra
• Location: Delhi High Court
• Experience: 1–2 Years PQE
• Practice Areas: Criminal Litigation & Central Government Litigation
Eligibility:
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Prior exposure to criminal law and/or government litigation will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities & Exposure:
• Work on criminal litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.
• Assist with Central Government litigation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal drafts.
• Assist in handling diverse and challenging litigation matters.
• Gain significant exposure to criminal and constitutional litigation.
