About the Opportunity:
An independent counsel is inviting applications from legal professionals with 2–3 years of PQE in commercial disputes to join his chamber. The role offers exposure to pre-dispute advisory as well as litigation matters before the Gurgaon Courts and Delhi High Court.
Position Details:
• Role: Associate – Commercial Disputes
• Experience: 2–3 Years PQE
• Location: Patel Nagar, West Delhi
• Practice Areas: Commercial Disputes & Pre-Dispute Advisory
• Courts: Gurgaon Courts & Delhi High Court
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with pre-dispute legal advisory and strategy.
• Handle commercial dispute matters.
• Work on litigation before Gurgaon Courts and the Delhi High Court.
• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting and case preparation.
• Coordinate and appear in matters as required.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant PQE in commercial disputes.
• Interest and experience in commercial litigation and pre-dispute advisory.
• Candidates should be comfortable with travel and commuting between courts and the office.
