About the Opportunity:
Sagar Chandra & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Contract & Litigation Management at its Delhi office. The firm is seeking experienced legal professionals with 7–12 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE), preferably with prior in-house legal experience, to handle commercial contracts, intellectual property matters, and litigation management.
Position Details:
• Role: Contract & Litigation Management

• Preference: Candidates with in-house legal experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage end-to-end Intellectual Property (IP) transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
• Handle trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel for filings, hearings, and litigation strategy.
• Manage IP portfolios and advise on enforcement and protection strategies.
• Provide advice on regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation.
Eligibility:
• Law graduates with 7–12 years of PQE.
• Prior in-house legal experience is preferred.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, intellectual property, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
