FourFold LPO is inviting applications for the position of IP Litigation Paralegal (U.S. Law). This role is ideal for experienced legal professionals with hands-on exposure to U.S. Intellectual Property Litigation, offering the opportunity to work on complex cross-border IP matters in a dynamic legal environment.
Position Details:
• Role: IP Litigation Paralegal (U.S. Law)
• Location: Sector 132, Noida (In-Office)
• Shift: Night Shift

Eligibility:
• Prior hands-on experience in U.S. Intellectual Property Litigation (Mandatory).
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Copyright, Trademark, and Patent litigation matters.
• Draft Complaints, TROs, Declarations, Motions, Default Judgments, and legal memoranda.
• Review infringement claims and assist in litigation strategy.
• Draft Licensing Agreements, NDAs, IP Assignments, MSAs, Terms of Service, and related contracts.
• Manage case files, docketing, legal research, and provide support for USPTO and U.S. Copyright Office matters.
