Atarya Partners is inviting applications for the position of Associate Lawyer – Litigation at its Delhi office. This opportunity is suitable for fresh law graduates as well as candidates with 0–1 year of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) who are interested in building a career in litigation.
Position Details:
• Role: Associate Lawyer – Litigation
• PQE: 0–1 Year
• Location: Greater Kailash-II, Delhi
Eligibility:
• Candidates with 0–1 year of PQE, preferably with prior litigation experience.
• Freshers with excellent legal research skills and some drafting experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, research, and drafting abilities.
Practice Exposure:
The firm’s litigation practice spans across:
• Trial Courts
• High Court
• Supreme Court of India
• Various forums across Delhi & NCR
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other legal documents.
• Support litigation matters before Trial Courts, High Court, Supreme Court, and other judicial forums.
• Assist senior advocates in case preparation and court proceedings.
