Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on M&A, PE/VC, and transactional matters.
• Assist in legal due diligence for investment transactions.
• Draft and vet contracts and transaction documents.
• Review Conditions Precedent (CP), Conditions Subsequent (CS), and closing action items.
• Support transactional legal work involving company law, foreign investments, and data protection laws.
Eligibility:
• Currently enrolled in a full-time law school.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Interest in corporate law, M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced transactional environment.
