Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in corporate, M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and legal research.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate and regulatory matters.
• Support transaction execution and client advisory work.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in corporate, M&A, PE, or VC transactions is preferred.
