Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to fulfill recruitment requirements.
Eligibility:
• 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and Apna.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
