Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research using platforms such as SCC and Manupatra.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and corporate legal opinions.
• Assist in handling matters from inception to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Support the legal team with research, documentation, and case management.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent drafting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SCC Online and Manupatra.
