Key Responsibilities:
• Handle direct and indirect tax litigation matters.
• Assist in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients and support litigation strategy.
Eligibility:
• Law graduates with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in tax litigation and/or commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
