Lex Consult is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate – Dispute Resolution. This opportunity is ideal for law graduates and final-year law students interested in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate disputes. The role offers practical exposure, structured mentorship, and hands-on experience in a collaborative litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate dispute matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, briefs, and case notes
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and arbitral proceedings
• Prepare hearing notes and case materials
• Support senior associates and partners in litigation and insolvency matters
• Maintain case records and ensure timely documentation
Eligibility:
• Law Graduates (LL.B.) or Final-Year Law Students
• Strong interest in litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate disputes
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Understanding of procedural laws relating to High Courts and NCLTs
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
