Key Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation matters and assist in complex legal disputes
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Develop case strategy and appear before courts as required
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients
Eligibility:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on litigation experience
• Experience before Delhi Courts will be preferred
• Excellent legal drafting and case strategy skills
• Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
