Job Description:
RevX Capital is inviting applications for the position of AVP / Senior Associate – Legal at its Gurugram office. The role is ideal for legal professionals with strong experience in corporate and transactional law, particularly in private credit, structured finance, and special situations. The selected candidate will support financing transactions, regulatory compliance, and complex legal documentation while working closely with business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, debenture subscription agreements, security documents, and other financing documents
• Provide legal support in structuring and executing debt transactions across performing and special credit strategies
• Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and RBI regulations
• Support negotiations with founders, investors, and counterparties
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical inputs on complex transactions and special situations
Eligibility:
• CS / Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. is an added advantage
• Strong experience in corporate law, legal documentation, and financing transactions
• Prior exposure to AIF/NBFC structures will be an advantage
• Experience in special situations credit transactions is preferred
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with business teams and manage multiple stakeholders
