This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity for individuals with excellent communication, teaching, and content creation skills.

• Compensation: ₹40,000/month + up to ₹25,000 performance incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver content for live webinars and training sessions
• Plan and execute end-to-end learning programs
• Simplify complex concepts through storytelling and engaging presentations
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving subject areas, including AI-driven tools
Eligibility:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, learning, and content creation
• Prior experience is not mandatory
• Background in coaching, mentoring, public speaking, debates, theatre, content creation, or social media is an advantage
• Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection required
