The UPES Law Review, the flagship peer-reviewed journal of the School of Law, UPES, invites original and unpublished research papers for Volume XI (2026) on the theme:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Law

As artificial intelligence continues to transform governance, commerce, healthcare, intellectual property, criminal justice, finance, and public administration, legal systems across the world are grappling with complex questions surrounding regulation, accountability, ethics, privacy, and innovation.

The Journal invites academicians, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and research scholars to contribute original scholarship examining the legal, regulatory, ethical, and policy dimensions of Artificial Intelligence.
