Key Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate transactions and advisory matters
- Conduct title due diligence and prepare title investigation reports
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements
- Advise on acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and related regulatory matters
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution
Eligibility & Preference:
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in real estate transactions, title due diligence, acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and related advisory work
- Prior experience at a reputed law firm
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
