Job Description:
A growing multi-entity business group is looking to engage an experienced Corporate & Commercial Counsel or Law Firm on a long-term retainer basis. The role involves providing day-to-day legal support, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and offering practical business-oriented legal advice.
Details:
• Position: Corporate & Commercial Counsel
• Engagement Type: Long-Term Retainer
• Location: Pune (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review commercial contracts, MOUs, vendor, customer, employment, lease, licensing, and inter-company agreements
• Develop standardized legal documentation and agreement templates
• Provide day-to-day legal advisory on commercial contracts and documentation
• Coordinate with specialist counsel on cross-border, regulatory, and transaction-specific matters, where required
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Legal professional or law firm with experience in corporate and commercial law
• Based in Pune (preferred)
• Experience advising multi-entity business groups
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Preference for volume-based or slab-based pricing over hourly billing
