Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and legal documents

Eligibility & Requirements:
• Experience in corporate and commercial law
• Strong drafting and legal advisory skills
• Knowledge of corporate legal compliance
