The Chambers of Apar G. is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Counsel. This opportunity is ideal for advocates with 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who are looking to build a long-term career in litigation while working on diverse and impactful legal matters before leading judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and other legal documents
• Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation
• Appear before the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, National Green Tribunal (NGT), and other judicial forums
• Manage diverse litigation matters under the guidance of the office
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification litigation experience
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Candidates seeking to build a long-term litigation practice will be preferred
• Ability to join at the earliest
