Job Description:
The Law Office of Kunal Godhwani is inviting applications for the position of Associate. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation or corporate practice who are looking to work on diverse legal matters. Candidates with prior exposure to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in litigation and corporate legal matters
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings, agreements, legal opinions, and other legal documents
• Supporting clients on various legal and commercial issues
• Assisting in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), where applicable
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or corporate practice
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters
