Job Description:
Tushar Ahuja Law Office is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate (Litigation). With two vacancies available, this opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), as well as recent law graduates with a strong inclination toward litigation. The selected candidates will gain exposure to Civil, Criminal, and Service Law matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench), Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various statutory tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings, including complaints, suits, writ petitions, applications, and replies
• Assisting and appearing before courts and tribunals
• Preparing case briefs, managing files, and ensuring procedural compliance
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
• Candidates must be based in or residing in Delhi
• Recent law graduates with a strong interest in litigation are encouraged to apply
• Preference will be given to Registered Advocates
• Prior court exposure and drafting experience will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
