Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
• Appearing and assisting in matters before the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Supreme Court of India, and tribunals including RERA, ITAT, and NCLT
• Assisting in commercial, criminal, civil, and taxation litigation matters
• Supporting case preparation and client-related work
Eligibility & Preference:
• Fresh law graduates from reputed law colleges are encouraged to apply
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to confidently appear and argue before courts and tribunals
