Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on trademarks, copyrights, patents, and industrial design matters
• Drafting and reviewing Intellectual Property-related agreements
• Handling IP prosecution, enforcement, and litigation support
• Conducting legal research and Intellectual Property due diligence
• Representing clients before relevant authorities, where required
Eligibility & Preference:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
• Strong knowledge of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design laws
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle diverse Intellectual Property matters independently
