ANM Global is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate in its Intellectual Property Practice. This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who are looking to build a well-rounded practice across IP prosecution, advisory, and litigation. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle intellectual property prosecution, advisory, and litigation matters
• Manage filings through the IP Online Filing Portal
• Conduct trademark searches and file trademark applications
• Draft replies to Examination Reports and handle trademark opposition matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings
• Brief counsel before the Bombay High Court and assist in matters before the Delhi and Madras High Courts
Eligibility Criteria:
• 3–5 years of relevant PQE in Intellectual Property Law
• Experience in IP prosecution, advisory, and litigation
• Hands-on experience with the IP Online Filing Portal
• Prior experience in trademark searches, applications, examination replies, and opposition proceedings
• Strong legal research, drafting, and litigation skills
