This opportunity is ideal for advocates with 1.5–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who are looking to build their career in Commercial Litigation, with exposure to arbitration, banking, real estate, and corporate disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial litigation matters independently
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Appear before courts and assist in litigation proceedings
• Manage case files and ensure efficient handling of legal matters
• Coordinate with clients and support dispute resolution strategies

Eligibility & Preference:
• 1.5–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience
• Strong drafting, legal research, and court appearance skills

• Ability to work independently and manage matters efficiently
