Ithum Group is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in Real Estate and Corporate Laws who are looking to work with a leading real estate and infrastructure group in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts including MOUs, LOIs, NDAs, Lease Deeds, Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), and License Agreements
• Handle real estate documentation including Buyer Builder Agreements (BBAs), Possession Certificates, and related legal formalities
• Conduct due diligence for land and property transactions and identify legal and compliance risks
• Draft and review documentation for RERA registration, extensions, QPRs, audit filings, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with company secretaries, finance teams, auditors, CRM teams, and external legal counsel on corporate governance matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal updates on regulatory developments
• Assist in litigation and dispute management, including coordination with external counsel and drafting commercial suits, legal notices, written statements, and responses
• Review resolution plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) for legal and commercial compliance

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Programme) from a recognized university
• Bar Enrolment: 2023 onwards
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate (Law Firm or In-House Legal Team)
• Prior in-house corporate legal experience will be preferred
• Proficiency in Contract Law, RERA, Arbitration, Companies Act, IBC, and Real Estate Laws
• Ability to read and write Hindi fluently
