Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Provide legal guidance on corporate and compliance matters
• Handle legal notices, disputes, and litigation support
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments
• Support the business with strategic legal advice

Eligibility & Preference:
