Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
• Advise management on corporate governance, business operations, and risk management
• Handle legal notices, disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel
• Manage company registrations, licenses, and regulatory filings
• Assist in employment, vendor, and commercial legal matters
• Protect the company’s intellectual property and confidential information
• Provide legal opinions on strategic business decisions

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. will be an added advantage)

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters efficiently
