Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Handle real estate transactions and related legal documentation
• Prepare and review Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Vendor Contracts, MOUs, and SLAs
• Manage legal notices, dispute resolution, and pre-litigation matters
• Provide litigation support and legal advisory on contractual issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate and commercial laws

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws and RERA
• Expertise in Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Vendor Contracts, MOUs, and SLAs
• Experience in handling legal notices, dispute resolution, and litigation support
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
