Amit Patel & Associates is inviting applications for its July 2026 Internship Programme. Available in both Online and Offline modes, this internship is designed for law students seeking practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, and client advisory. Interns will work on real legal assignments and gain first-hand experience of legal practice beyond classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Draft legal notices, petitions, replies, agreements, and other legal documents
• Assist in preparing matters before various Courts and Tribunals
• Write legal articles and blogs
• Support ongoing litigation and client advisory matters
Additional Exposure (Offline Interns):
• Assist advocates with office work and client interactions
• Attend and observe court proceedings on designated hearing dates
• Learn litigation strategy, filing procedures, and case management through practical exposure

Eligibility & Preference:

• Genuine interest in litigation and legal practice
