Job Description:
The Guild | Advocates & Associate Counsel is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Dispute Resolution. The firm is looking for a motivated legal professional with 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to handle commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and other legal documents
• Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation
• Represent and coordinate matters before judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Manage client communication and case documentation

Eligibility & Preference:
• 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
