Kamal & Co. Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate (Mid Level) for its Hyderabad office. This opportunity is ideal for experienced litigation professionals with strong drafting, research, and courtroom advocacy skills who are looking to work across diverse civil and commercial disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, legal notices, written statements, applications, contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents
• Appear before the High Court, Trial Courts, RERA, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Conduct legal research and assist in litigation strategy
• Coordinate with clients, advocates, and external legal teams
• Manage case files and ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution

• Sound knowledge of civil, commercial, and procedural laws
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow across diverse areas of litigation
